Returns within 30 days of delivery. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or does not match its COA, or you decide to return it, contact us and we will refund or replace it.

For standard returns (change-of-mind / not-satisfied), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe return. Once we receive the package, the refund is processed.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Allow up to 15 business days total for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
If the refund doesn’t appear after 15 business days, contact info@elixserpeptides.com and we’ll trace it directly with the payment processor.
Cancellations are easiest before your order ships. Email info@elixserpeptides.com as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll cancel it before fulfillment if it hasn’t already gone out.
